I I didn’t get any premium credits like advertised and haven’t received any on any of my monthly payments for my service plan

Camera Great, Customer Service Is Terrible,Call For Help Never Get a Call Back Waiting For Solar Panel panels for Months,Hunting Season Will Be Over Soon .
Two Star ,Spending A Lot of Money For Batteries Because of No Solar Panels

Great image quality/ureliable
I own 4 of the go live’s… none of them will Go Live. ♂️

Lots of issues, support burnt out
I would not recommend this unless you’re in an area with stellar cellular service. My GoCam’s are all working and I’ve been having constant issues with my GoLive’s. It’s been a non stop thread with support trying to figure things out, extra money spent trying to troubleshoot battery issues and now connectivity issues, and support is now telling me I have to purchase a replacement part for a part on my cam that stopped working within the first 24 hours. It’s nice to have a real support team but they don’t seem to actually want to help if you’re having significant problems. Disappointing after spending thousands of dollars investing in Spartan cameras.
