Spartan Camera Trade-In Program Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern participation in the Spartan Camera Trade-In Program (the “Program”), offered by Spartan Camera (“Spartan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting a trade-in device or redeeming a Trade-In discount code, you (“you” or “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Spartan reserves the right to update these Terms at any time as described in Section 9 below.

Trade-in Program
The Trade-In Program is an ongoing promotional program that allows eligible customers to receive a discount toward the purchase of select Spartan Camera products by trading in an eligible device.
• Single Trade-In customers may participate in the Single Trade-In Program once per calendar month.
• Multi Trade-In customers may participate without a monthly limit, subject to the terms below.
• Only products listed on the official Trade-In landing page (the “Landing Page”) at the time of submission are eligible for trade-in credit. Eligible products are limited to select models and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Eligible Products & Purchase Channel
• Eligible products must be purchased through the Trade-In Landing Page, or through links provided directly in official Trade-In email communications or related social media advertisements.
• Trade-In eligible products will not be listed or made available for purchase on the main spartancamera.com homepage or general product collection pages.
• The Trade-in Landing Page is the exclusive channel through which a Trade-In discount code may be applied. Discount codes applied through any other page or checkout path will not be honored.
• Spartan Camera may add, remove, or otherwise change eligible products at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Discount Terms
• Eligible Trade-In submissions receive a discount code valued at $50.00 USD, redeemable toward the purchase of eligible products on the Landing Page.
•A Single Trade-In submission entitles the customer to one (1) discount code, with a total value of $50.00 USD. If the discount code is applied to a cart containing more than one eligible product, the $50.00 discount will be allocated proportionally across the applicable line items at checkout. Regardless of how the discount is itemized on the cart, checkout screen, or invoice, the total discount applied to the order will not exceed $50.00.
• A minimum purchase of two (2) eligible trail cameras is required to redeem a Multi Trade-In discount code. This minimum purchase requirement does not apply to Single Trade-In discount codes.
• Single Trade-In discount codes expire twenty-four (24) hours from the time the code is issued to the customer.
• All discount codes are single-use and non-transferable. Codes may not be sold, shared, or redeemed on behalf of another customer or account.
• Trade-In discounts cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or coupon code, unless explicitly stated otherwise by Spartan Camera in writing.

Customer Responsibilities
By participating in the Program, you represent and agree that:
• All trade-in information submitted is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• You are the rightful owner of the device submitted for trade-in, and have the legal right to trade in, transfer, or dispose of the device.
• You are responsible for shipping the trade-in device to Spartan Camera at your own cost, unless otherwise stated by Spartan Camera in the applicable Trade-In offer.
• Devices submitted to the Program will not be returned to the customer under any circumstances, regardless of final eligibility determination.

Verification & Recovery Rights
• Spartan Camera reserves the right to inspect and verify any trade-in submission, including the condition, model, and ownership of the submitted device.
• If a submitted device does not match the information provided at the time of submission, or otherwise fails to meet the Program's eligibility requirements, Spartan Camera reserves the right to: (a) reject the submission; (b) cancel the associated discount code or order discount; and/or (c) recover the value of the discount from the customer, including by charging the customer's account or order on file.

Multi Trade-In Term
• Customers participating in Multi Trade-In may ship trade-in devices to Spartan Camera prior to completing an eligible purchase. Shipment of a device alone does not constitute acceptance into the Program and does not guarantee a discount.
• Trade-In discounts are granted only upon completion of a qualifying, eligible purchase made in accordance with these Terms. For Multi Trade-In, a qualifying purchase requires a minimum of two (2) eligible trail cameras, as set forth in Section 3.
• Spartan Camera may hold devices shipped prior to purchase for a limited period, not to exceed thirty (30) days, pending completion of an eligible purchase.
• Customers are responsible for any costs associated with the return of a prematurely shipped device, should a return be requested within the applicable holding period.
• Devices that remain unclaimed after the holding period described above may be deemed abandoned and disposed of at Spartan Camera's sole discretion, without further notice or liability to Spartan Camera.

Right to Modify Program
• Spartan Camera reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Trade-In Program, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.
• All determinations regarding final eligibility, discount value, and Program participation are made at Spartan Camera's sole discretion and are final.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spartan Camera shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay associated with the shipment, handling, storage, or disposal of trade-in devices, including devices lost or damaged in transit, lost or damaged data stored on a traded-in device, or devices deemed abandoned under Section 6. Customers are solely responsible for removing any personal data, memory cards, batteries, or accessories from a device prior to shipment.

Spartan Camera may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued participation in the Program following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically.
