2026 Spartan Camera Trade-In Program Terms & Conditions
Program and promotion available Monday, April 20th, 2026 (11:00 AM EST) through Sunday, May 24th, 2026 (11:59 PM EST). Participation is limited to one (1) submission per customer. The Spartan Camera Trade-In Program is available for all Spartan Camera brand and non-Spartan Camera brand trail cameras. Each eligible trail camera submitted qualifies the participant for one (1) $50 discount applicable exclusively to their choice of Spartan GoCam 2 or Spartan GoLive 3 camera(s). Eligible trail cameras may be in any condition, including non-working; however, all trail cameras must be complete, intact, and not disassembled, missing major components, or submitted as parts. The participant will only receive a discount equivalent to the amount of cameras purchased, regardless of the number of devices submitted.
By submitting a trade-in form, the participant confirms they are the legal and rightful owner of the submitted device(s) and that all information provided in the form is accurate, truthful, and complete. The participant also agrees to transfer ownership of the device(s) to Spartan Camera. Under no circumstances will the submitted device(s) be returned to the participant. Submitting multiple forms will not result in the issuance of additional discounts. Discount is valid for one-time use only and exclusively for the purchase of a Spartan GoCam 2 or Spartan GoLive 3. Discount cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders or combined with other deals, including sale items, coupons, or Spartan Rewards. Additionally, the discount is non-transferable and valid exclusively on go.spartancamera.com while supplies last. Final sale prices may vary on select camera models or products. Offer is void for orders placed outside the specified dates.
For Single Camera Submissions:
Customers wishing to trade in one (1) trail camera must complete and submit the Single Camera Trade-In Form. Each eligible trail camera submitted qualifies the participant for one (1) $50 off promotion code, applicable exclusively to the purchase of Spartan GoCam 2 or Spartan GoLive 3 camera(s).
Submission of a trade-in form does not guarantee delivery of a promotional code. Each submission must be fully processed before the promotional code is delivered. Submissions can take up to 24 hours to fully process. Upon successful processing, an email containing the promotional code will be sent to the email provided on the submission form. By submitting a form and receiving a promotional code, the customer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs. Spartan Camera does not provide prepaid shipping labels or reimburse shipping expenses associated with this program. If the received devices do not match the information submitted, Spartan Camera reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for fraud or misrepresentation. Promotional code is only valid until Tuesday, June 30th, 2026 (11:59 PM EST).
For Multi-Camera Submissions:
Customers wishing to trade in more than one (1) trail camera must complete and submit the Multi-Camera Trade-In Form. For assistance with multi-camera submissions, please contact us at (770) 582-0004 or support@spartancamera.com. All multi-camera submissions will be reviewed and processed manually by the Spartan Camera Support Team.
Eligible participants will receive a follow-up email or phone call to complete their transaction. Under this program, participants will receive a $50 discount for each eligible camera traded in (e.g., two cameras qualify for two $50 discounts). The Spartan Camera Support Team will manually apply all discounts for multi-camera trade-ins. Customers must confirm and finalize their order on or before May 24, 2026, to redeem their promotional discount. After the promotion period ends, no additional submissions will be accepted, and any unredeemed discounts will be void.
