Shipping Policy

Spartan Camera knows how important it is for you to get your products when you need them most. Whether you're getting ready to scout for the next hunting season, monitoring a project, or protecting your property, you can depend on us to get your orders processed, packed, and ready for shipment reliably, every time.  

 

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

As of March 2020, all mail carriers have suspended guaranteed shipping times. Delivery dates provided by Spartan Camera are estimates only and Spartan Camera will not be liable for failure to deliver on such dates.

Spartan Camera offers free Ground shipping on qualified orders. Qualified orders include orders shipped in the contiguous United States, except on orders shipped to California, Hawaii, and Alaska. Free shipping is not offered on orders to US territories outside of the contiguous United States. 

(*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)

Free shipping is not offered on orders to U.S. military addresses. For more information on military shipment options, please contact our sales department.

DELIVERY AND TITLE

All shipments by Spartan Camera are Free on Board (or “F.O.B.”) point of shipment from Spartan Camera’s facility and the amount of all transportation charges will be paid to Spartan Camera by the Customer (“You”) in addition to the purchase price of the Products.

Subject to Spartan Camera’s right of stoppage in transit, delivery of the Products to the carrier will constitute delivery to Customer and title and risk of loss will pass to Customer. Spartan Camera will ship to the address provided at the point of checkout. We DO NOT guarantee a change of delivery address, specified mail carrier, shipping method, or products when an order is fulfilled or if enroute. 

Spartan Camera will make reasonable efforts to initiate shipment and schedule delivery as close as possible to our customer's requested delivery date(s). Customer acknowledges that delivery dates provided by Spartan Camera are estimates only and that Spartan Camera will not be liable for failure to deliver on such dates. Selection of the carrier and delivery route will be made by Spartan Camera unless specifically designated by Customer. Spartan Camera reserves the right to make deliveries in installments. Delay in delivery of one installment will not entitle the Customer to cancel any other installment(s). Delivery of any installment of Products within thirty (30) days after the date requested will constitute a timely delivery. Delivery of a quantity that varies from the quantity specified shall not relieve Customer of the obligation to accept delivery and pay for the Products delivered.

 

SALES TAX

US Shipments

When required by law Spartan Camera will collect Federal, State and/or Local sale, use, excise, and other taxes that apply to a Customer's shipment. These taxes are in addition to the purchase price of the Products subject to an order. Customer will remit the correct tax unless the customer is tax-exempt and Spartan Camera has a valid signed tax exemption certificate on file.

 

International Shipments

All applicable VAT, PST, HST, and/or GST charges along with brokerage fees will be the responsibility of the Customer and are due at the time of delivery.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND RATES

Your shipments are important to us, that’s why we’ve made every effort to process your orders quickly, accurately, and ship them out as soon as we can. For the fastest delivery, orders should be placed by 10:00 AM EST. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All “Delivery by” dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. Expedited options may not be available in all areas. For Overnight shipments, contact our sales department at sales@spartancamera.com to confirm deliverable date.

During the months of September, October, November, and December, Spartan Camera receives an increase in the number of orders placed. We ask that you place your orders well in advance of the date you need them to help ensure you receive your order by your expected delivery date. All “Delivery by” dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES

Spartan Camera uses Ground services on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is requested by the customer. Please allow 1 - 4 business days for processing and an additional 1 - 7 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and the shipping option you chose. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

 

CALIFORNIA, ALASKA, AND HAWAII

All shipments to California, Alaska, or Hawaii will be shipped via Ground services and may incur additional shipping charges based on the weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

Promotional shipping (e.g. free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to California, Alaska, or Hawaii.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international shipments will be shipped via FedEx International unless otherwise requested and approved through the Sales Department. International shipping rates will vary depending on the size of the order, the distance the shipment will be traveling, and the time in which the order was placed. If that happens, we will inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order.

International shipments are required to go through the customs of the recipient's country. Before placing your order, please verify that your country is accepting orders from outside of the country and will allow the items you have ordered into the country. Spartan Camera holds no responsibility for packages that are lost, damaged, or otherwise destroyed when going through customs.

 

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Spartan Camera cannot guarantee that your order will be accepted into your country. Check the status of your country’s restrictions before placing your order.

 

DEALERS AND LARGE ORDERS

Orders with over ten (10) items will need additional time to be processed. Please allow 2 - 10 business days for processing. Due to the size, your order may take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. 

In an event that your order has been split into multiple shipments, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment delivered.

 

SHIPPING HOLIDAYS

Spartan Camera will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2022. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

RETURN POLICY

Returns

All orders are subject to acceptance in writing by Spartan Camera or a duly authorized agent of Spartan Camera. Any written acknowledgment of receipt of an order shall not, in and of itself, constitute such acceptance. Orders accepted by Spartan Camera may be canceled by Customer upon written consent of Spartan Camera provided such order is not "NC/NR" or "Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable", "Non-Standard Products" or governed by a Purchase Agreement Letter. Non-Standard Products are defined as Products that are special orders, custom orders, orders for non-standard products, products not customarily in stock or orders for value-added products. Non-standard products are non-cancelable and non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or other withdrawal of an order for any reason, and without limiting any other remedy which Spartan Camera may have as a result of such cancellation or other withdrawal, reasonable cancellation or restocking charges shall include all expenses incurred and commitments made by Spartan Camera, and shall be paid by the customer to Spartan Camera. Requests to reschedule are subject to acceptance by Spartan Camera in its sole discretion. Orders may not be cancelled or rescheduled after the order has been submitted by Spartan Camera to the shipment carrier. Spartan Camera reserves the right to allocate sales and limit quantities of selected Products among its customers in its sole discretion. Product specifications and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

 

Counterfeit Product Prevention Clause

Only products originally purchased and shipped from Spartan Camera will be returned to Spartan Camera. All others will be promptly quarantined and disposed of or returned to the customer. By a Customer returning products to Spartan Camera, the Customer certifies that the products were purchased from Spartan Camera and there has been no substitution in whole or part of the same product from another supplier, distributor or other such source of the product. The return should be in the original packaging, in unused condition (except defective).

Returns are normally accepted when completed within 30 days of the ship date. If Spartan Camera agrees to accept a return, return freight charges must be prepaid by the customer. Spartan Camera will not accept Cash on Delivery (“COD”) shipments. All items must be in the original packaging and in reselable condition. Contact a sales representative or go to support.spartancamera.com for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number and addressing instructions prior to returning product. The foregoing statements concerning Returns do not apply to NON-CANCELABLE/NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS. (See the NON-CANCELABLE/NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS section in these terms.)

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • All returns must be related to a spartancamera.com order. Spartan Camera does not offer returns on items purchased outside of spartancamera.com.
  • All returns must be processed through our sales department within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All merchandise must be undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Spartan Camera does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. Spartan Camera does not accept returns on customized products.

For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order on spartancamera.com for the correct item. Exchanges must be done within 30 days of the original purchase. 

Shipping shortages or mistakes can be claimed within 3 business days.

Spartan Camera does not price match with dealers or competitors.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

  • Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
  • You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.
  • Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your RMA# or original order number.
  • Securely attach your return label* to the package.
  • Ship the return based on your shipping label. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records.
  • If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the return RMA number inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.

*Return labels only provided for shipping mistakes and DOA shipments, upon verification.

Refunds will not be processed until the original package has been successfully received by Spartan Camera. Any packages that are lost, damaged, or otherwise destroyed in transit to Spartan Camera are not covered or protected under Spartan Camera. All liability and responsibility rely on the customer until the package has been successfully delivered to Spartan Camera.
