eBay Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the ship date. If HCO agrees to accept a return, return freight charges must be prepaid by the customer. HCO will not accept COD shipments. All items must be in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. Contact a sales representative or go to support.spartancamera.com for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number and addressing instructions prior to returning the product. The foregoing statements concerning Returns do not apply to NON-CANCELABLE/NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS. (See the NON-CANCELABLE/NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS section in these terms.)
Shipping shortages or mistakes can be claimed within 3 business days.
If Seller determines that a product is "NC/NR", (Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable), Seller will notify Buyer within 5 business da. Irrespective of circumstances, Buyer agrees that "NC/NR" products may not be canceled, returned, or rescheduled by Buyer without the written consent of HCO.
All orders are subject to acceptance or rejection in writing by Spartan Camera or a duly authorized agent of Spartan Camera. Any written acknowledgment of receipt of an order shall not, in and of itself, constitute such acceptance. Orders accepted by Spartan Camera may be canceled by Customer upon written consent of Spartan Camera provided such order is not "NC/NR" or "Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable", "Non-Standard Products" or governed by a Purchase Agreement Letter. Non-Standard Products are defined as Products that are special orders, custom orders, orders for non-standard products, products not customarily in stock or orders for value-added products. Non-standard products are non-cancelable and non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or other withdrawal of an order for any reason, and without limiting any other remedy which Spartan Camera may have as a result of such cancellation or other withdrawal, reasonable cancellation or restocking charges shall include all expenses incurred and commitments made by Spartan Camera, and shall be paid by the customer to Spartan Camera. Requests to reschedule are subject to acceptance by Spartan Camera at its sole discretion. Orders may not be canceled or rescheduled after the order has been submitted by Spartan Camera to the shipment carrier. Spartan Camera reserves the right to allocate sales and limit quantities of selected Products among its customers at its sole discretion. Product specifications and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Counterfeit Product Prevention Clause
Only products purchased and shipped from Spartan Camera are eligible for a return. Products shipped to Spartan Camera that were not purchased from Spartan Camera will be promptly quarantined and disposed of or returned to the customer. By returning products to Spartan Camera, the Customer certifies that the products were purchased from Spartan Camera and there has been no substitution in whole or in part from another supplier, distributor, or other such source. The return should be in its original packaging, in unused condition. The original packaging includes all accessories that were shipped with the camera. Any return that does not include all original packaging, is not considered resalable and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The original packaging includes all accessories that were shipped with the product. Any return that does not include all of the original packaging, or in the case that the original packaging is damaged, the item is not considered resalable and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:
- All returns must be related to an order from our eBay store, Spartan Camera Marketplace. Spartan Camera Marketplace does not offer returns on items purchased outside of our eBay store.
- All returns must be processed through our eBay store within 30 days of the original ship date.
- Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
- Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- All merchandise must be undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
- Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned in the original form of payment. Spartan Camera does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. Spartan Camera does not accept returns on customized products.
For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and place an order on spartancamera.com for the desired item. Items may be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value only. In the case of defect, a demo camera will be exchanged for another demo camera.
Additionally, exchanges can be initiated by contacting a support representative. You will need to return your item(s) through the instructions that are provided and await a message from our RMA department letting you know that we have received the return. All exchanges (except in case of defect) done through this method are required to pay a reshipping fee. Once this fee has been paid, we can have the new camera shipped out.
The exchange process must be started within 30 days of the original ship date.
Demo cameras purchased through eBay come with a one year warranty. You can view our warranty policy here.
We will provide unlimited customer support for all cameras, warranty or no.
Antennas and accessories all come with a 90 day warranty.
In cases of shipping shortages or mistakes, replacement products or adjustments can be claimed within 3 business days.
Spartan Camera does not price match with dealers or competitors.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:
Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
Please ship your return in your own packaging or the box that it was received in. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed. Additionally, please do not place return labels on the product packaging. If return labels are placed directly on the product packaging, the item will be considered not resaleable.
Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your RMA# or original order number.
Securely attach your return label* to the package.
Ship the return based on your shipping label. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records.
If you choose to use your own shipping carrier, please include the original order information or the return RMA number inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
*Return labels are only provided for shipping mistakes and DOA shipments, upon verification.
