Your cameras are good. Your repair rate is very poor. You seem quick to send camera back unrepaired with an offer to buy a new one at a discount. On one occasion because the on, off , program switch was faulty and you could not replace it; something is wrong there. Sent it back with another discounted camera. Tom Proctor

Being an outfitter, I have to have a camera that works all the time. Through the years I’ve had just about every brand of trail Camera made. Right now the only cellular camera in my fleet is Spartan. They always work and I can always count on them to provide good pictures for me and my clients. Customer service is excellent as well. I highly recommend Spartan cameras.

I own four cameras all have be great!! We have had 3 Hurricanes make landfall in the county and they have had no issues. Customer service has been excellent the few times I’ve needed assistance.

I have had several go-live that want log on all the time and video freezes some and the signal is strong. Have also had serval that I have had to send back to get repaired.
