Several customers are having problems with a faulty card reader. Could this be caused by a firmware update?

The cameras themselves are wonderful The sensor range has been spectacular. Most important is the people. Their communication and response times are very efficient I highly recommend Spartan.

Last year I purchased a Go Cam live and a Go Cam. It was on special where you bought a Go Live and received a FREE Go Cam. The catch was the Go Live camera was priced above what you would normally pay for the go Live but still an acceptable sale when you added the price of both cameras. The go Live camera works great but the Go Cam has never worked correctly. It does not trigger when an object comes from the left. I sent it back for service and they told me it was fine jut use photo and video mode. Excuse me. I asked for a new go camera because this one was obviously defective. They told me because it was FREE they could not do that. EXCUSE ME AGAIN!!!! They sent it back and I put it on the shelf in my garage. This fall I wanted to have another camera so I thought I would try it again. Naive of Me. Same thing. I guess I will trash it. When you read the reviews they always make it sound wonderful. Buyer beware A special can be a nightmare
