I've got 4 Spartan cameras, 1 of them had condensation in the lens. I called on the very last day of my 2 year warrantee and told them about it. So by the time they got my camera it was a few days past the warrantee. They honored it anyways because I had called on the last day. They looked it over and sent me a new camera no questions asked!! Very very nice people to work with. Specifically Ross! Very prompt. The entire experience was awesome! They gained a lifelong Spartan camera customer from the great experience I had!!!! It works really well in an area with very little us cell signal. Only downside to that is that it uses a lot of batteries if you put it over bait / feeding area. Great purchase
