Can I trade in multiple cameras?
Yes! there are two forms on this page. One is for single camera trade-ins, and the other is for multiple camera trade-ins. If you’d like to trade in more than one camera, please complete the multi-camera form or contact our support team for assistance.
How will I receive my discount?
Your discount code will be emailed to you within mins.
How often can I use the Trade-In Program?
You may participate in the Single Trade-In Program once per calendar month. There is no participation limit for Multi Trade-In.
Does the promo code expire?
Yes, Single trade-in discount codes must be used within 24 hours of issue.
Do I need to trade in a working camera?
No. Broken cameras are accepted, as long as they are complete and not disassembled.
What products can I use the discount on?
