Not good, was told to buy a new sim card ,so I did any camera still doesn't work. These cameras are probably the worst cameras I've purchased

CS with spartan is very poor . I bought 5 cameras and 2 had to hv work done on them . 1 of them was not covered by the warranty and for the price we pay for theses cameras thats un acceptable . Also CS always calls u back the next day n if you do not hv the camera on hand the process starts sll over . I will not buy anymore ,will not activate these anymore n will not refer these cameras to anyone .when working the cameras do perform well but CS is poor at best

Set up is not well explained. Also no live person to speak to during posted live hours. Nothing that gives support if something does not work correctly.
