The Directional High Gain antenna is the leading signal solution to achieve an improved 4G/LTE connection. It is designed specifically to be adjusted in the field for you to find the best cell tower signal. Signal reception can be improved from 8dBi to 10dBi by rotating and monitoring the antenna until peak reception is achieved. The white composite housing may be painted (standard non-metallic spray paint) to reduce its visibility in the field.
Includes a 12-foot cable, mounting bracket for round pipes, and a high gain antenna.

Disappointed
It seemed very cheaply made the cable was too short to get any real height on the antenna and it did no good over and above the antenna that comes with the camera
Working great
Gets the job done!!
I use Spartan cameras in very remote areas.. Most of the time they work where my cell phone will not.. Whenever I find a spot where the standard antenna will not pick up a signal, this high gain directional will.. Sometimes you have to be patient.. Aim the antenna in one direction and turn it very slowly until you find the highest signal quality. Then lock the antenna to that direction.. Spartan has a great help page to help you with setup... https://support.spartancamera.com/hc/en-us/articles/360057975053-Setting-up-the-Spartan-Camera-directional-high-gain-antenna
High Gain Antenna
This is a game changer tried to place a camera in an area with no signal on my phone and the small paddle antenna wouldn’t pick up service either. So I dug into bag and pulled out the antenna hooked it up and bam had a SQ of 21 so then it was game on from home.
Game changer
I couldn’t receive a picture in the remote area that I was hunting. Installed the antenna and now I never miss a picture well worth the money as all Spartan stuff is Spartan is a prime example that you get what you pay for!!
