Ordered this cable since it is the only one they have available on their site and assumed it would work for my newly purchased GoLive. I was wrong. It does not work. Emailed customer service and they pretty much told me it was my fault and that I had to deal with it. They offered no other solution, like where I can get a cable that fits the GoLive! So I was not able to use this cable, but it probably works. However, I paid $17 with shipping for what I thought to be a specialty cord and the same cord can be purchased on Amazon as a 3 pack with shipping for $12. I am ok paying more for great customer service but this company does not have it, unfortunately.

Bought this as a just in case I'm 275 miles from my cameras but my buddy lives miles away so if a critter chews the cable he has an extra. Just in case.
